Universal Heavy-Duty All-In-One Aluminum Commercial Door Closer. Patented Universal Mounting Plate matches most hole patterns. Adjustable size 1-6 heavy duty door closer for commercial use. Meets ANSI Grade-1 standards, ADA compliance, and UL 3-hour fire. The Universal Hardware All-in-One Aluminum closer is designed to replace a majority of closer applications that exist in the door closer industry.

Packaged with a patented mounting plate that is prepared to allow the installer ease of installation by aligning the plate with the existing door preparation. The adjustable spring tension powers these closers from a Size 1 to a Size 6 (which allows for power adjustment for light to very heavy applications). Universal mounting plate: Pre-drilled steel plate matches hole patterns of most closers in the market. Meets ANSI Grade 1 standards for heavy-duty use;Able to be used indoors or outdoors.

UL Listed: 3-hour fire rated for added protection and meeting building requirements. Adjustable closing and latching speeds eliminate door slamming.

Adjustable back check helps prevent wind damage for exterior facing doors. Opening range: 180-degree for added convenience and pass-through space. Mounting: Standard, top jamb or parallel mounting.
