The carrier is responsible for damage in transit. Do not return package to Only Hangers yourself.Common Carrier damage: Inspect all merchandise before driver leaves. Concealed damages: After opening package, call carrier immediately for inspection. If carrier does not respond within 10 days, contact Only Hanger's Customer Service Department for assistance.
