Duro 12' Wide by 10' High Model 2500 Heavy Duty Commercial. Steel Roll up Door Including Reduced Drive Chain Hoist. Model 2500 is part of the line of Heavy Duty Commercial Roll Up Sheet Doors. It offers universal fastening guides and 12 gauge, 4 deep guides for larger door size openings.

The greater curtain engagement feature is key for wider openings and makes Model 2500 an excellent selection. Maximum opening size of 18' wide x 18' high 324 sq. Push-up, hand chain and electric operations. 20 standard colors (special colors upon request for a nominal upcharge).

Super Durable polyester paint coatings, which are corrosion resistant. Wash coat over primer interior side. 24 gauge acrylic-coated galvalumed roll formed steel. 2" x 1 ½" galvanized angle. Stainless steel nuts and bolts. Oil tempered torsion springs conforming to ASTM A229. 16-gauge, 12 diameter galvanized drum. Low friction, grease-filled steel ball bearings staked in each drum. 26 gauge spiral torque tubing that houses axle assembly. Bolt on head stop ¼ thick steel.

Pre-punched for lock and attachment bolts. Bottom bar mounted 10 gauge slide locks - 2 per door.

Bottom bar mounted 16 gauge step plate - 2 per door. 12 gauge door mounting brackets. Insulation Series 2500 i (R-value 4). Chain hoist 5.7:1 reduction.

Duro Span hut is defined as any self-supporting structure, usually in an "arch" or curved shape. There are no interior posts, trusses or support beams of any kind. The exterior sheeting is the building. To assemble an Duro Span building, you first layout each individual section of the arch on the ground each section is usually no bigger then 8-12 feet long (3-4 meters).

You bolt all the sections together to make the first arch. You pull up the assembled arch and attach it to its foundation. Each additional section is assembled in the same manor and attached to the other standing arches. Each arch is usually about 2 feet wide (1/2 meter). To make the building longer, just add more arches.

There is no limit as to how long this building can be. Unique to the Duro Span arch type steel building is you can leave one or both ends completely open without losing the integrity of the structure.
