Our heavy duty door closer features 3 valves: the backcheck valve prevents the door from opening too quickly & slamming into the wall, the latching speed valve ensures the door shuts securely and fingers are not trapped while the delayed action valve allows the door to close slowly.

Indoor/Outdoor Use: Our automatic door closure for home and commercial doors also feature an optional mechanism for attaching smoke detector (UL228 certified) so it automatically locks up in case of fire, preventing the fire from spreading. The auto door closer keeps the fire contained for up to 3 hours (UL10C, UL/cUL, UL10B Certified) enhancing the safety of building and people inside.
